Todd joined Foxco Equipment, Inc. in 1990 as a field sales engineer and became the company’s Sales Manager in 1997 and then company President in 2000.  Prior to Foxco, Todd worked at the Unisys Corporation in Rancho Bernardo, CA a world leader in computer integration for the banking and airline industries.  Todd worked in the engineering group as a semiconductor designer optimizing silicon layout in data path structures used in the company’s micro-processors.

Todd later joined Elgar Corporation located in San Diego, CA an early pioneer in UPS interfacing to computer networks.  Todd worked both as the company’s lead software development engineer and technical liaison to the company’s manufacturer’s representative network.

Todd graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of California at San Diego with majors in both Physics and Economics and a minor in Mathematics. He has three young children. Todd’s pastimes are playing with and coaching his kids, playing basketball and riding his waverunners.

Andy first joined Foxco Equipment as a sales engineer in 1995 and later became the company’s Sales Manager in 2006.  Andy brings to Foxco over 15 years of combined sales experience in the electro-mechanical industry. 

Prior to Foxco, Andy worked as a regional manager for Struthers’s Dunn Magnacraft, a world leader in specialty electromechanical relays and later as a sales engineer for firm providing computerized maintenance management systems.

Andy is a graduate of the University of Southern California and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as fishing when time permits.

With over 30 years of sales engineering experience Dick has tackled applications in nearly every industry. Prior to founding Foxco Equipment, Inc. Dick was a partner in another manufacturer’s rep agency and before that he spent several years as a district sales manager for US Electrical Motors, Louis Allis and Marathon Electric.

Dick is a graduate of the University of Arizona and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He’s been married to wife Jackie for 40+ years and has three grown children and seven grandchildren. Dick’s passions and pastimes are tennis, river rafting and mountain hiking.

Lisa Theofanos
Sales Representative

Lisa joined Foxco in 2002 as an inside sales specialist and moved into outside sales in 2006.  Lisa fields the western Orange County and southern Los Angeles County regions for Foxco. 

Prior to joining Foxco Lisa worked as a paralegal in family law and also operated her own business in horseracing publishing.  Lisa has an extensive business and management background.

Jackie Fox is our controller and married to husband Dick for the past 40+ years. For many years Jackie ran the inside at Foxco Equipment, Inc. Recently she has scaled back and now handles primarily the company finances.

Jackie loves golf. She averages typically 48-90 holes per week. Rain or shine it does not seem to matter, the game must go on. When not golfing Jackie loves to travel and be with her seven grandchildren.
